MAUI Activities - Enjoy your favorite island music and a delicious dinner under the starlit skies of Maui aboard the Quicksilver Catamaran, one of Maui's most comfortable catamarans operating from Maalaea Harbor. It's hard to imagine a better place to dine. With views of Lana'i, Molokai and Maui, this dinner cruise brings the enchantment and magic of the Islands to life. Delectable food and great drinks complement the evening of beauty and romance. After you eat, choose between our air-conditioned main cabin or our comfortable outside deck for after dinner dancing.

Menu
Choose from three entree options  
(All menu options include dinner roll, Caesar salad and New York style cheesecake or chocolate cake for desert. Gluten free option is available upon request):
 
OPTION 1: Slow Roasted Prime Rib
Hand carved to order & served with horseradish & au jus.
 
OPTION 2: Fresh Island Fish
Local island fish, usually Mahi Mahi or Ono, served with fresh lemon & savory caper beurre blanc sauce.
 
OPTION 3: Vegetarian Entrée: 
Locally sourced vegetables sauteed, seasoned, & served on skewers.
 
Gluten Free Request
All regular dinner items are gluten free EXCEPT the Caesar dressing, dinner roll and chocolate cake. Therefore gluten free guest may choose any one of the Menu options. Gluten Free requests will include a salad with oil and vinegar dressing and chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.

Also included are Classic Caeser Salad with hearts of Romaine and homemade croutons & fresh shaved Parmesan Cheese, Vegetable Platter with Onion Dip, Roasted Potatoes, Summer vegetable madly with baby carrots, cauliflower, broccoli flowers, yellow squash with melted garlic butter, Fresh Dinner Rolls & Chocolate Cake for dessert.

Bar: Adults ages 21 & up can enjoy two (2) complimentary alcoholic beverages and may purchase a third drink for $3 (No additional drinks will be sold). Also included are unlimited sodas, juice and water.

food was good. Water was choppy that day and they didn't have enough crew to help the older folks with there food(me and my wife helped some folks carry plates) The guy playing the music was not very freindly

We were actually booked for another dinner cruise with Pacific Whale Co. that they had to cancel due to boat issues. This seems to be common with PWC. I was then put on Quicksilver and it turned out to be a good thing. I was taking 15 people for the night before my Son's wedding. The guys on the boat were great. They found us a private area up front and personally served us drinks throughout the cruise. They also had our group go through the buffet first which was really nice. The prime rib was good and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. It was a very nice couple hours on the water which everyone really liked. The crew was so great to us!!

I definitely recommend this dinner cruise! I had the prime rib and it was accompanied with vegetables, salad, potatoes, and rolls and was delicious. The crew was hilarious and extremely accommodating, they made the tour so much fun! Of course the views were breathtaking and the sunset was beautiful. Definitely recommend this trip, couldn't have had a better time!

Cancellations must be made by calling our concierge lines at 808-214-9283. We will not accept cancellations via email, voicemail, fax or chatline. You must call at least 48 hours before the event for credit or refund to be applied. Some activities require a longer notice or will not allow cancellations once booking is made (each tour description will show exceptions to the 48 hour rule if applicable). Activities are 100% refunded in the event of your tour being canceled by the Activity Provider for any reason, such as weather, mechanical, etc. Ohana Fun! Hawaii will make every effort to get approval from an activity provider but cannot guarantee a refund until such approval is granted.
