El servicio yo lo contrate por internet, ojo es mucho más barato en línea, todo fue bastante amigable, al llegar al hotel me marcaron para confirmar mi reserva, pasaron por nosotros al hotel, y tomamos el vuelo a kona, el chofer muy amigable, ojo este tour es largó por la distancias que involucra, pero los paisajes son paradisiacos, lleven un buen snack, disfruten mucho! Lo que no me gusto y como consejo sería, que como pasas por acantilados y cascadas impresionantes dentro del camión me hubiera gustado, pararnos y tomarnos fotos, es todo lo demás impecable, suerte

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent tour of Hawaii's big island. It was a really long day but very worthwhile, some of the views of Kilauea, the lava tubes and coastline were spectacular. We would particularly like to thank our tour guide Loren who was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Hawaii. We learnt a great deal about Hawaii and its history, Loren made the tour even more enjoyable with his dry sense of humour. Also enjoyed visting the beach and Mauna Loa macadamia plantation along the way, be sure to try the onion and garlic flavoured nuts.

Most of my tours were done with poly adv. tours. ALL the drivers i had were excellent.on Kauai,Maui, Big Island & Oahu...they all new their stuff..highly recommend..

Was well pleased with the knowledge and humor of our guide, Cusn Greg. Learned much about the history and geology of the "Big Island". Would, certainly, recommend this company to my family and friends!!

This was the main thing I wanted to do on my trip to Hawaii, I had booked 2 weeks prior and was hoping it would be good, in fact the whole day was way beyond what I expected. If you go Polynesian and you are lucky enough to have Laura as your guide, you will have a great experience. I will be going back, but will stay on The Big Island for 3 or 4 days so as to see lots more. Cheers....... Ralph S

Well P.A.T. lost one star for failed pick-up at my hotel when I told the rep on the phone to repeat it's name twice to make sure she got it right and on the morning I was supposed to be picked up (0515) outside my hotel nothing came so phoned P.A.T. at 0545 and was told the bus had gone to the wrong hotel and finding I was not there continued on to the airport I'd have to get a taxi there for a 0650 flight which I did and handed the receipt to the airport rep on way to the flight which I just managed to catch. Not good plus it took a week to get reimbursed the taxi fare. However saving grace was the Big Island Tour and knowledgeable tour guide who managed our tour despite the flight arriving an hour late due to computer problems. He shave off a few minutes here and there and even took us off the scheduled route for better views and more interesting oddities. He was patient and accommodating. We didn't see any flowing lava (not guaranteed anyway) but enjoyed about enough of every attraction without being left twiddling our thumbs after the initial surprise. Being near an erupting volcano is a slightly unnerving experience but one I will never forget and Hilo is a delight. Apart from the morning balls up it was a very good day with a nice multinational bunch of folk. Visited September 2014
