Sunshine Helicopters Molokai Deluxe

Experience one of Maui's most breathtaking helicopter flights, featuring the world's highest sea cliffs and Hawaii's tallest waterfalls! This deluxe Molokai and West Maui flight features a flight over the Pailolo Channel, between Maui's northwestern shores and Molokai's eastern coastline. While flying over the channel keep your eyes open for breaching Humpbackwhales (in season)! The eastern coast of Molokai boasts the world's highest sea cliffs and Hawaii's tallest waterfall (1,750 feet), while West Maui Mountains is the second wettest point on earth, and features the "Wall of Tears", seventeen side-byside waterfalls, all cascading at once! There you will also find the famous Honokohau Falls, over 1,100 feet high and the rugged terrain and steep cliffs, only accessible by helicopter.

DVD Video:  Your helicopter features four mounted DVD video recorders, three of them are strategically located outside and one inside the cabin. Your flight will be recorded and will showcase both what you will see as well as takes showing the passengers and pilot. You'll also get to hear the music played during the flight, the pilot's narration as well as the communication between your flight and airport tower. This DVD is NOT included in the price and available for $49.95.

FX-STAR: The Eurocopter AS350 is a single-engine light helicopter. With built-in maneuverability, super visibility and low vibration levels in the cabin, the AS350 has earned its reputation as a true multi-mission workforce.

Capacity:  6 passengers (2 front seats and 4 rear seats).
Seating Style: Bench
Open Seating: Up to six-passengers, seat assignment determined by weight and balance.
First Class Seating: Passengers enjoy "First Class" seating next to pilot, with extra arm and leg room. Maximum combined weight for two passengers on FX STAR First Class is 400 lbs.
**When purchasing six seats, you may select ALL SEATS as open seats. Two people in your group will get front seats.

WHISPER-STAR: The "Rolls-Royce of helicopters" - Eurocopter EC130 is a single-engine light helicopter is a wide body variant of the AS350. It incorporates the latest technology and has a roomy, modular cabin seating, offering improved passenger comfort.
Capacity:  6 passengers (2 front seats and 4 rear seats).
Seating Style: Individual Bucket Seats (more leg & elbow room!)
Open Seating: Up to six-passengers, seat assignment determined by weight and balance.
First Class Seating: Passengers enjoy "First Class" seating next to pilot, with extra arm and leg room. Maximum combined weight for two passengers is 490 lbs. 
**When purchasing six seats, you may select ALL SEATS as open seats.  Two people in your group will get front seats.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT ONLINE:  When booking ONLINE please be sure to add the following to the COMMENT FIELD, at check-out:
1. Each Participant's FIRST NAME
2. Each Participant's BODY WEIGHT (individual weights only, and not combined, please)

EB (Early-Bird) or LB (Late-Bird) rates are available ONLY on flight times with the (EB) or (LB) by them.  They are: 8 am, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm.
IMPORTANT: If you choose a EB or LB rate for a flight time other than the qualified times, you authorize Ohana Fun to book you for the closest qualifying flight time, to the time you booked it for.
 

Weight & Size Guidelines: Helicopter weight and balance changes with every flight because of passenger weight, pilot weight and length of flight (fuel weight). It is important that we have accurate body weight from every passenger. FAA regulations require all passengers and their carry-on items to be weighed at time of check-in. If a standard airline seat belt is too small or you weigh over 240 pounds you may be required to purchase a comfort (one extra) seat on the FX STAR. 

IMPORTANT:  All participants will be weighed upon check-in.  MauiActivities.Com requires you to report each passenger's weight when placing your order.  It's imperative the reported weights be accurate or you may be subject to being bumped off your flight without any compensation or refund.  MauiActivities.Com (Ohana Fun! Hawaii) cannot be held responsible and will not issue any refunds for customers bumped off their flights for having misinformed us about their weight.
In order to allow the best viewing for all participants, there will be NO IPADS OR TABLETS ALLOWED DURING YOUR FLIGHT.
