* All participants must present a valid Government Picture ID at both airports.
* We strongly recommend arriving at your airport of orign at least 1 HOUR prior to your scheduled flight time, and will not accept responsibility for missed flights due to guest's tardiness.

* NO BAGS of any type allowed at Pearl Harbor. Bags must be checked at entrance ($3 per bag)
Our calendars do not reflect REAL TIME AVAILABILITY, therefore to be sure your desired date is available, we recommend calling us at 808-214-9283 (7a-7p HST) and one of our concierges will be happy to verify the availability of your tour, or give you alternate dates during your stay. If you reserve online and your date is not available, you'll be contacted by one of our concierges. We'll NOT confirm any other dates without your consent, and your credit card will NOT be charged until you agree with an alternate date/tour. If we cannot accommodate you, the authorization on your credit will be VOIDED and you'll not see ANY charges going through on your credit card.
This reservation, once confirmed with the tour provider is NON-REFUNDABLE,
NON-TRANSFERABLE OR CHANGEABLE, since it's associated with commercial airline tickets.
Please make sure you provide us correct information (Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender), as any changes may result in additional fees imposed by the airlines, by adding information to the COMMENT BOX, on your reservation form.
You will receive an itinerary within a few hours from the time your tour is confirmed. Please review the information and contact us immediately, should you find any errors in spelling, dates, etc. DO NOT FORGET YOUR VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PICTURE IDENTIFICATION, or you'll be denied boarding and will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.

Cancellations must be made by calling our concierge lines at 808-214-9283. We will not accept cancellations via email, voicemail, fax or chatline. You must call at least 48 hours before the event for credit or refund to be applied. Some activities require a longer notice or will not allow cancellations once booking is made (each tour description will show exceptions to the 48 hour rule if applicable). Activities are 100% refunded in the event of your tour being canceled by the Activity Provider for any reason, such as weather, mechanical, etc. Ohana Fun! Hawaii will make every effort to get approval from an activity provider but cannot guarantee a refund until such approval is granted.
