Line 1: 500'
Line 2: 2,300'(the longest zipline on the course!)
Line 3: 850'
Line 4: 1,900'
Line 5: 850'
Line 6: 2,100'

Due to the popularity of this tour, we recommend calling our reservation lines at 808-214-9283 in order to confirm availability for your tour. Our calendars do not feature "real time" availability, so we'll be happy to check it for you before you book it.
IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS FOR KAPALUA ZIPLINES:
Minimum age: 10. Children ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Minors age 15-17 can zipline alone but MUST have an adult sign waiver.
Participants may not weigh less than 60 lbs or more than 250 lbs.
All customers will be weighed upon check-in, and anyone who is found not within the restrictions based on age OR weight will not be allowed to participate and will NOT receive any refund or receive ANY compensation. PLEASE BE SURE THE WEIGHTS AND AGES REPORTED ARE CORRECT.
Due to the nature of this tour NO PREGNANT WOMEN may participate
Tour not recommended or permitted for anyone who may have a heart condition, neck or back issues, existing injuries or with other medical concerns. Guests must be comfortable walking on uneven terrain or stairs, be able to stand for up to two hours, and be able to carry 14 pounds.
All participants must sign a liability waiver.
Ride features light physical activity, such as climbing stairs and walking over uneven terrain.
No smoking, alcohol or drugs permitted at anytime prior to, or during the tour.
Anyone found to be intoxicated and/or endangering their own safety or those of others, or the environment, may be asked to abort the ride without compensation.

Cancellations must be made by calling our concierge lines at 808-214-9283. We will not accept cancellations via email, voicemail, fax or chatline. You must call at least 48 hours before the event for credit or refund to be applied. Some activities require a longer notice or will not allow cancellations once booking is made (each tour description will show exceptions to the 48 hour rule if applicable). Activities are 100% refunded in the event of your tour being canceled by the Activity Provider for any reason, such as weather, mechanical, etc. Ohana Fun! Hawaii will make every effort to get approval from an activity provider but cannot guarantee a refund until such approval is granted.
